Our History

Since 1964, EMF has built a reputation for precision and reliability in custom fabrication and engineering. Over the decades, we’ve evolved alongside the industries we serve, growing from a fabrication shop into a full-service engineering partner. Today, we bring that legacy of craftsmanship and innovation to mission-critical aerospace and high-spec applications.

Our state-of-the-art 35,000 square foot facility in Merritt Island includes 15,000 square feet dedicated to precision machining. With ample room for manufacturing large structures and an open area designed for heavy proof loading, we're equipped to handle projects of any scale. Our team of approximately 100 full-time professionals includes design engineers, quality assurance specialists, quality inspectors, certified welders, skilled machinists, and dedicated configuration control, logistics, and procurement support staff.
