EMF provides high-quality welding services for aerospace, military, medical, and government industries. Our team is experienced in GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), as well as gas and flux core processes. We perform both expert freehand and CNC welding on parts up to 80′in height.
Materials and Expertise
We work with a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, and alloys such as 4130, 4340, 17-4, and 15-5. Our welders utilize advanced flame-strengthening and distortion-minimizing techniques to ensure the highest quality results.
Testing and Quality Assurance
EMF’s workmanship is verified using ultrasonic, optical CMM, x-ray, radiographic, magnetic particle, and eddy current inspection methods. We are D17.1 certified for various aerospace clients and employ multiple in-house Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) to ensure compliance with all industry standards and protocols.
Value-Added Services
In addition to custom welding, EMF offers research and development, prototype manufacturing, product engineering, project management, troubleshooting, and specialized packaging. We handle low to moderate production volumes with typical delivery in approximately three weeks and offer Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery when needed.
