Our Safety Committee takes their job very seriously, recognizing the critical importance of preparedness in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the individuals we serve. In line with this commitment, the committee has once again successfully completed our annual training program aimed at equipping employees with essential life-saving skills. This year, the focus has been on certifying participants as Heartsavers, which includes comprehensive training in both CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators).

Selection Process and Inclusivity

In a proactive approach to safety, EMF's leadership, in collaboration with the Safety Committee, made a strategic decision to select multiple trainees from each department and building within our organization. This thoughtful selection process ensures that we have a well-distributed network of trained individuals who can respond effectively in emergencies.
